Why it belongs in the agent-first stack

The inbox belongs to the agent and can be created programmatically. Incoming messages, conversation threads, and replies are available as tools instead of requiring a human mailbox interface.

An example in practice

A scheduling agent creates an inbox, receives a meeting request, reads the thread, and sends a reply after the user approves the proposed time.

Illustrative workflow. Permissions and approval steps depend on how the product is integrated.
