Why it belongs in the agent-first stack
Resend exposes its email platform through agent interfaces as well as traditional developer APIs. A connected agent can send email, work with contacts, and retrieve message information through MCP.

An agent prepares a requested email, sends it after approval through the connected account, and uses incoming-message events to continue the workflow when a reply arrives.
